Dear Prospective Intern,

We are thrilled with your commitment to our program.   As The Photo Shed Academy team we would like to take this opportunity to introduce our Internship Program to you. 

Its important to note that the program caters for every skill level and all age brackets.

We offer our interns knowledge combined with opportunities to photograph spectacular South African canvasses. We know the industry trends on a global scale and can help you to turn this hobby into a profession or simply improve your photographic skills.

As the parent company of The Photo Shed and The Photo Shed Academy, the thephotowalkers.com, is in its 7th year of training and instructing in the processes of photography. 

We are based on The Cape Whale Coast which offers a variety of subjects to photograph ranging from mountains to rivers, estuaries to wine farms, and valleys leading into the sea – all within a 10 km radius. 

Our program is divided into two week blocks and each block offers 10 days of unique photographic opportunities. The days that we do each of these is weather dependant.

• Land based Activities and Adventures
• Ocean based Activities and Adventures
• Interior and Exterior Architecture
• Restaurants and Food
• Conservation
• Animals and Big Cats

A detailed description of each day will be emailed through to you.

When your time is finished with The Academy, you will leave not only with experience, but with confidence and the ability to promote your own work. 

Our groups are small and our team of experienced photographers and educators can therefore assist interns with their individual photographic projects and personal brands.

Our passionate team members will get back to you as quickly as the varying international time zones allows.
